Time Saver is a web-based application that provides time zone conversion, world clock display, meeting scheduling tools, timer and stopwatch functionality, countdown timers, calendar views with international holidays, and scheduling/booking features. The Application is provided free of charge with optional premium features.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Application
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers
  • Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Application for any fraudulent or illegal activity

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate time zone conversions, holiday information, and scheduling data, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all information. Time zone rules, daylight saving time changes, and holiday dates may vary and are subject to change by local governments. Users should verify critical time-sensitive information through official sources.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Time Saver and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

When you submit content through our contact form or booking features, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing our services. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and warrant that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Meet Me / Booking Feature

The Meet Me scheduling feature allows users to create booking pages and share availability. By using this feature:

  • You are responsible for managing your own availability and bookings
  • We are not responsible for missed appointments or scheduling conflicts
  • Booking links are generated locally and shared at your discretion
  • We do not store booking data on our servers unless explicitly stated

8. Third-Party Links and Advertising

The Application may contain advertisements and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with advertisers or third-party websites are solely between you and that party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIME SAVER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Time Saver, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part thereof at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Time Saver operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
